The fully-employed manager will be responsible for the strategy / development of the brand. The objective is to optimize the market presence and to increase sales substantially.
Main tasks: Full responsibility for to build up the Brand strategy in Switzerland, France, Italy, Austria and Germany. Identification, visit and gaining of new customers/retailers including negotiations Screening/Handling of existing customers and consulting of the customers about the Holding compagny. Development of a ' Sale and Marketing Plan’ in collaboration with the headquarters. Proposal and agreement of an overall budget for the market.
Functie eisen
-Candidate disposes of a profound knowledge of the fashion market, preferably socks. -Experience in brand management is a must. -minimum 8-10 year of marketing/sales experience in this segment -Very good contacts to the key players at the retail level. -Good knowledge of logistics from garment sourcing, stock-keeping to just-in-time delivery -Commercial and/or textile education -strong personality with drive, high personal responsibility, experience in restructuring of sales operations combined with the leadership experience -Candidate should feel at home in a result driven, dynamic but still relaxed company atmosphere. -Very good Knowledge of English is a must. -Ideally, the candidate will be based in Switzerland.
